Hello, I started a CC Red Mountain kit tonight , did all the steps except for pitching the yeast....My SG is 1.078?, seems low, so my question is can I wait till morning to pitch the yeast....hoping for the skins to maybe crank up the SG....or am I asking for trouble in waiting.....Thanks...
