    Adding Fruit to Wine Kits

Using inexpensive kits I have done a fair amount of blending and am happy with the results. Now I wish to add fresh fruit to the wines both red & white as I have heard that this can even open up another avenue to winemaking. Can anyone give me some advice any maybe tell me of their...

I use a heat gun 100% of the time. I hold the shrink cap with one finger on the top until it starts.

    Boiled Wine

Hi Again. To answer a few questions. I racked it over to the 2nd carboy after it was finished fermenting. It was a double kit I picked up at costco. Thought I would give it a try. So far it looks ok, and there is no strange smells. The only thing is that it seems to take a long time...

Mosti Mondiale Help - Summer Breeze

Thanks for the advice Dugger. I am going with a conditioner before bottling. I also called my supplier and she said the way to go would be a conditioner. The wine will probably be stronger as you indicated, but still should have the fruit taste. As long as it is drinkable I say.

Ok, I have now made 6 batches total from wine kits since I started this great hobby last year. Some better than others of course.:h.. Having recently tasted a commercially blended wine ( Cabernet Savignon & Merlot) and enjoying it, I have decided I would like to try to blend a couple of...
