ANy update on this Wine. I am about to start a batch this weekend. Bought the double pack on sale at Costco for $53. Not bad. Was also wondering? Since it comes with 2 Concentrait bags what if instead of making 2 batches. You just made one batch using like a Bag and a half of the concentrate.
I racked it. Did the Sobate and sufite and Sparkoid. I am just suprized how clear it got so Fast. If I can Rush to My Second racking and back sweetin and let it sit for a litle longer it just means I can start on another Wine :b. I know Rush Is a Bad word in Wine Making but this is a fast drinker.
My First Batch of SP. Used the Sparkaloid and in 3 days it is Clear. Do you think I can move on to Racking and Back Sweeting. Or should I let it sit for another week and a half. It is Hot here and I want to Dig in :h

Hmmm My Slurry might not be a good one then It was from a Kit that was low Alcohol ( A RJ Breezes Kit) but you leave it in the Primary till it gets or .998. I will give it another 24 hours and see how it goes.
