ANy update on this Wine. I am about to start a batch this weekend. Bought the double pack on sale at Costco for $53. Not bad. Was also wondering? Since it comes with 2 Concentrait bags what if instead of making 2 batches. You just made one batch using like a Bag and a half of the concentrate.

I left mine in the Primary untill Dry then Racked, Stablized and Added the Sparkloid. It has been 4 days and IS Crystal Clear.

Well I had to Sample it and It is Yummy. Still needs to be back sweetened. But just used a simple syrup in my glass to sweeten and was nice.

I racked it. Did the Sobate and sufite and Sparkoid. I am just suprized how clear it got so Fast. If I can Rush to My Second racking and back sweetin and let it sit for a litle longer it just means I can start on another Wine :b. I know Rush Is a Bad word in Wine Making but this is a fast drinker.

My First Batch of SP. Used the Sparkaloid and in 3 days it is Clear. Do you think I can move on to Racking and Back Sweeting. Or should I let it sit for another week and a half. It is Hot here and I want to Dig in :h

just an Update - We Love IT- bottled it a week and a half ago and I think we have drank 8 bottles. Hmmm how do you guys let it age LOL

Hmmm My Slurry might not be a good one then It was from a Kit that was low Alcohol ( A RJ Breezes Kit) but you leave it in the Primary till it gets or .998. I will give it another 24 hours and see how it goes.

RJ spagnols Peach Chardonnay - Wanting something that might be quicker to drink and something my Wife will like.

I grew up in Kelowna and my Parents are still out there. I would Love to move Back but at least I am luck to be able to go back every couple of years. The wine there is AMAZING So of the best I have had. The Wine Bars are great, Go to the Rotten Grape down town you will love it.

I am hope to start a batch of skeeter Pee in the next few weeks. How have you guys bottled it? I know it is a fast drinker so i wonder if plastic 2 lt pop bottles would be good or how about beer bottles? I can get a bunch of the GROLSCH with the rubber stopper I wonder how that would work?
