    The chart above lists "Focculation". If I understand right,this refers tohow easily the yeast settles to the bottom. Is this refering to after the yeast is done doing its thing, and dies? ( Clearing) All the yeasts show "Low" or "Medium". Is "Medium" better then "Low"? None are listed...
