I sat next to someone on an airplane recently who told me about a winemaking kit that produces only five bottles. He said he found it in a kitchen supply-type store like Williams-Sonoma (but that wasn't it). I've tried looking online but can only find the 5-6 gallon kits. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Where do you live and where does the person on the airplane live?
In Canada, some Wine Kitz stores have a one gallon kit called Woodland Estate. Vineco had a one gallon Ken Ridge kit in 2007 in Canada but it wasn't successful.
In England, there are at least two brands of one gallon kits.
