Can someone tell me the difference between wine, sherry and brandy? I've read and were told several things and I'm a little confused. What is the alcohol content of each? Is there an easy way to make Sherry and Brandy?

The alcohol & sugar contents vary depending on the product. Sherry & port are types of wine. Brandy is (I believe) a distilled beverage.

Wine, port & sherry can be made quite easily from kits or from fruits.

Proper brandy is illegal to make at home in the US & Canada. You can ferment a 20% alcohol using Turbo Yeast and then flavour the result with brandy essences.

Thanks Steve. I'm new at wine making and was just curious on what the difference was. I might try my hand at making sherry in the future.
