I use to purchase frozen concentrate Peach/White Grape from Aldi's and it made the best wine..I couldn't make it fast enough all my friends were always requesting a few bottles..well a lil over a year ago..Aldi's quit carrying most of the good juices..(I think they have a concord juice now) Well I tried making the peach wine from fresh peaches, canned peaches..and "Peach Twist" I am not sure what all they have in this, it is sweetened with high fructose corn syrup, but I also noticed it has (citric acid )added and I didn't realize that until I looked at the label yesterday..I also added 1-1/2 tsp of citric acid to the 6 gals. I was about to bottle it and just notice it's not smooth,could it possibly have too much citric acid..can I remove or smooth it out?
