Wine Cooler

Hi all

Well I am so excited because I have a Wine Cooler and I never thought of taking out all the wine rakes and putting my fermenters in there so I can set the temperature to just what I want for the yeast I am using. I have found that I can fit 5 one gallon fermenters in the wine cooler.

Good on you! But do keep your eyes open on CL and get a freezer cheap, then use a temp controller to do the same thing. Then you can bottle age in your wine cooler.
