All wine drops sediment. Yes whites are typically bottled quicker than reds. Filtering and using fining agents speed up the process but practicing the 3 P's is always the best pratice.
Wine making is testing my patience for sure! I am keeping the wine in the carboys longer than what the directions say. Not sure how long I can hold off! LOL
If you have a smaller vessel put half in there and bottle the other half. It's a compromise but at least you can start enjoying some now while the other stuff ages
