Someone mentioned to me that adding a flavor pack to my wine wine will bring down its tartness ( its still fermenting right now, but I had to taste it, it smelled good :) ) How would you make a f-pack for white wine?

You'd have to pick a fruit/juice that compliments the wine you're making

And then..

Make sure its done fermenting, make sure its stabilized..

The tartness (acidity) comes out when the sweetness (sugars) is gone... When theres enough sweetness to balance the wine, the tartness blends in

What you can try to do is like what Manley said - add something that compliments it.

Maybe a flavor that is present in the wine.

I.E

Chardonnay has peach or apple aromas/flavors - maybe blend a bit of that to it..
