I just saw an add for a winery that is coming out with a White Muscadine Peach wine. I immediately started thinking about the 15 gallons of sweet white muscadine I have fermenting and the bottle of Peach flavoring I have. I will surely have to give this a try with some of it.

I would definately give that one a try. I may have to experiment next time I open a bottle of Bronze Muscadine. I have some peach torani syrup.
