Every year I make wine from a local grape which is in fact Georgia Saperavi grape
I have heard a lot about Renaissance H2s free yeast and I want to test it.
But cannot decide between Ossia and Maestoso

- I love full body and dry wine!
- And of course I have no problem to add YAN or Fermaid K to the must!
- My fermentation temp is usually 22-24 'C (72-75 'F)
- I usually add suger to get brix to 22
