what was your 1st kit/pail

My first kit was an Advintage FC Collection Blanc de St. Vincent. It is a Sauvignon Blanc/Pinot Gris blend. I made some early drinkers after that so I could let this one age. I added some oak to it and at first I thought I had ruined it. At this point it is almost two years old and it really turned out nice.

I followed the directions. But I was clueless as to what I was doing. (if the interwebs had only been around back then)

I gave most of them away for the holiday.
I started in october, bottled around thanksgiving.
I have my 1st bottle I ever bottled, and never intend to drink it!

My first kit was a winexpert port. Never fully degassed it and never really enjoyed it. Sat around almost a year before I drank it again. Decanted it and it turned out pretty decent.
