We have been making "Dago Red" red wine for a couple of years using Zinfindel grapes from Napa Valley. We do not use ANY chemicals or yeast (all natural). We want to try a White wine using the same method (all natural, no chemicals). Do you have any suggestion what type of grapes we can add to the order?

What type of white wine you like?
All you need to do is crush the Zinfandel grapes for White Zinfandel. The only difference is the juice ferments without the skins.

To tell you the truth, I am not much of a wine drinker period. I'm a Bud light fan, but I do enjoy making wine and drinking a little, but I really enjoy just making it and giving it away. I am beginning to like my red wines.
