Hi,
This is my first time making wine. I completed my fermentation in under a week and immediately racked off and started a malolactic fermentation.
Eight days ago I found this white stuff floating on the top of my wine. I scooped some out and closed up the carboy.
After checking today, the white stuff is still there. There is less than when I scooped some of it out, but more than what was left after said scooping.
Is this bad? Should I sulfite now and end the MLF?
Please help!
