I recently degassed my wine by using the degassing tool powered by my drill driver. I spun it for several minutes spinning the tool in both directions reciprocating forward and reversing. I did not see any gas bubbles or foaming like you can see in the videos. Can I assume that my wine is completely degassed?

Let it rest a few days and to be sure place wine in a glass, place your hand on top and shake it. Remove your hand. If you get a pffffffft it's not done.

Probably is done if you saw no more.

Was the wine warm the day I tried to degass? What was the wether like? Overcast rainy days ae ideal, low barometric pressure helps co2 come out of suspension easier, heat helps too. How does the wine taste? How long has it been since it finished fermenting?

I find some wines hold lots of gas, some give it up with effort, and others seem to degas themselves.
