trouble inserting pictures?

I seem to be having some trouble inserting pictures. The photos that I try to insert are to large. Can someone tell me how to shrink them to be inserted to this forum? Thanks! I took a picture of a couple of bottles that were sent to me as a gift. I thought you all would enjoy seeing the pictures they had on them.


I clicked on the insert Image, then browse, to get to my picture, upload, and it tells me to wait, and then says Image file size is to large at 487KB. 150KB is Max.

Masta provided a link some time ago for a tool that Microsoft has free for resizing pictures that works great. I'm sure he will provide the link for it in a little while. I can't seem to find it right now. I will look a little more. Hang in there for a bit and help will be on the way.
