By accident, I put twice the amount of pectine enzyme in my orange wine....The bottle sais 1/4 tsp per gallon and I read 1/2....

How bad did I screw up this time?
 
No screw up - you are fine. It just aids in extracting juices from the skins of the fruit and to clear pectin haze.
 
Thx...the wine is pretty much finished but I think I have pectic haze...hope that helps!
 
I think I have the same prob with an apple. I think I under measured the pectic. Hey Jeff wanna get together and mix 'em! LOL!

No, my algebra teacher always told me not to mix apples with oranges :)
