RJ Spagnols Successfully Completed Strawberry Riesling

Following a few helpful suggestions along the way from several different folks on here, today I filtered (#3 with the buon vino mini-jet) and bottled my strawberry riesling, finished out at 12.7% ABV. Even though it's been a while, I don't ever remember having a wine finish this well and so clean and clear. I wound up with a total of 31 bottles (750ml) and two bellisima 375 ml bottles (and barely a taste in a small glass). Thanks to all who offered suggestions or comments along the way. Jerry
