My WE VR Viognier seems to be stuck. Its been in secondary fermentation for 13 days and has not dropped past 1.002. I checked it at day 7 it was 1.002. I stirred it a bit to get O2 in but that did nothing. Temp has been in low to mid 70s.

Whats next?

Thats close enough as long as its not moving at all. You will not always be able to reach the specified sg and sometimes you will go way past depending on how healthy the yeast colony is. In y world you can go to the next step as this wine should have that little bit of sweetness to it anyway.
