We use steamed juices in almost all our wines....

I have used straining bags with whole fruit only a couple times and found they were really messy....so can't compare using juice to using whole fruit...don't know the difference.

I use the juice to make pancake syrup and jelly as well, I am sure the juice would make great F-Paks.
 
I hadn't thought of this, but I agree that steamed juice would make an excellent F-Pac. The juice could be even further concentrated by slow simmering.
