In the Febuary-March 2012 issue of "WineMaker" in the What's New Section (page 11) there was a blurb for "Sparkling Sensations" kit for making sparkling wine. Does anyone have any experience with this kit.

i don't have any experience with this kit, but don't exactly see the purpose for it, at least from their website...one can purchase cases of champagne bottles from their lhbs for far less than the cost of their "kit" with only a meeger 4-6 champagne bottles, and as long as you have not sorbated your can, can add a "dosage" of sugar syrup, prior to bottling and achieve the same effect, and for a fraction of their cost, as well as having more bottles of said sparkling wine...but then again, this is just my honest opinion on the subject...
