I hope that im saying this the right way?
I bought a pH/moisture tester. The meter for the pH tester goes from 3 to 8
I have 6 Marquette vines growing nicly. My soil pH is from 4.25 to 4.5 I pretty sure that I read somewhere that you want the soil to arounf 6.0 to 6.5? And that to use lime to bring it up. Am I right on this??? and is anyone one else testing they soil? Thanks, John

I have a tester for my soil too though I didn't use it this year.

If your soil is to acidic then yes lime will reduce it. How much depends upon the amount you add and your soil.

I use a lot of compost in my garden so my soil, aside from where the tomatoes grow stays pretty good.

Not sure as to the best ph range for grapes.
