I have need of a set up to test SO2. I don't want to use the triator because of their limitations. The abbreviated setup I've seen on the web have been given a bad review as far as accuracy from the head of oenology at a near by university. So , I'm in the beginning of my learning about the elaborate chemistry setups I see offered on some of the wine supply sites. I believe there are two differing methods of suction, one an air pump and the other a water faucet venturi. Well, it's obvious I know nothing about it. Can someone in the know school me about this issue as well as who may have the best prices. Also, anyone know who uses one how long it takes to test a sample for SO2?
