WineXpert Second Kit: WineXpert Chilean Malbec Classic with extra tannin & anthocyanin

So I got two Malbec kits, they would yield 27,5l of wine but I decided to make it 25,5l so bit more concentrated. Also using 5 grams of grape seed tannin and 10 grams of grape skin anthocyanin. The kits had two different kinds of oak, other was heavy toast dust and other was medium toast chip. Also I replaced the EC-1118 yeast wich came with the bigger kit with RC212.

Yeast was added 5.12.2022 16:10

I was so confused. I had to zoom in. I just did the same kit, but I have never seen the 5 litre kit. I thought you were doing some photography trick, or maybe voodoo.

I chaptalized mine to 1.100 and used D254 instead of the EC-1118 provided. Toped with 2 store bought bottles of Malbec. I look forward to your progress and I will update my results if I see updates!

Yes I got the smaller kit very cheap, 8€, now it's 25€...
