Hello everyone I finaly got my Scuppernong - Muscadine going tonight I will add the yeast at arounf 11:00 p.m. est. It is 8 Gal scuppernong & 2 Gal Muscadines sg is 1.070. I didn't want a real alc wine just enough to help perserve and make a very drinkalbe wine. I will post some pics of my little wine corner soon as a figure out how LOL
