Hey there, I was just wondering if it might be a good idea to rent a wine press for the day. I just picked 75 lbs of a green seedless grape and 55 lbs of a red seedless grape and the thought of trying to juice them all with my little food mill is a little daunting.:re Also, was wondering if I could use a ten gallon sterilite tote as a primary fermentation vessel. It is a number 5 plastic. Any advice is appreciated.
