I find with most of these kits that adding half the F-pack and 2 lbs of sugar gives about 10% abv. Using the rest of the F-pack to sweeten adds just the right amount of sweetness for my taste.

Thanks guys, I aaded 4 cups of sugar ... not really knowing what the heck I'm doing I disolved it in water let it cooland added it last night.

Now I'm almost to the 24 liter mark, I'd better stop messing with it. Today it is cooking away.
