if a recipe called for say 3.5 to 4 lbs of fruit, what effect would using 5 lbs of fruit have on the end product??? t
 
Most recipes on the internet are pretty old and usually have you add too much sugar and not enough fruit. You will get better flavor and better color by adding more fruit but be careful as you could be adding too much acid also.

Gets you a better and sometime a AWARD WINNING WINE !
I use 5-6# per gallon + a strong F-pac
