need some opinions I made raspberry cello with 191 proof grain/fresh rasberries/ simple sugar and a small squirt of raspberry flavoring
problem is it has to much flavor its intense raspberry I really don't want to add water and dilute the abv any ideas of what I could do to mellow out the rasberry
 
Use it as an extract instead;

Something like 1 shot of cello in a glass of sprite

That way, it stores just fine the way it is, and you can make mixed drinks with it.

I'll eventually do this with every flavor under the sun, so i can make homemade drinks akin to long island iced teas (but not 100% the same) - 1 shot of lemon cello, 1 shot of lime cello, 1 shot of pineapple cello, 1 shot of mango cell, 1 shot of kiwi cello.. Top off with sprite/7-up/carbonated water, add ice, drink.
 
thanks that's probably what we will do besides mixing it will keep me out of trouble

I have a chocolate one going can wait to taste it
