I sampled this wine and was amazed with its flavor. Its made from the Orange Muscat grape, and during the process, they stop fermentation at 4% alcohol and bottle. To me this wine tasted like granny smith apples.
Has anyone else tried Quady Electra? I was wondering if I could produce something similar with granny smith apples?
Any receipes for a heavy flavored sour apple wine at 10% ACH?
