Purespray Green

I went to the local vineyard supply and asked for a spray for my grapes.

I dont see anything on my new plants needing sprayed, but I have been told by every grape grower I have talked to, if you can see it, you are to late. Spray early and often seems to be the motto. Staying ahead of the curve is where I am trying to be.

Local vineyard supply is pushing PureSpray Green, it seems to be an oil bases spray rather than a sulpher, The quart price was outrageous, so I got the 2.5 gallon jug for about twice the quart price. I got the whole organic speech, .....

Anybody using this stuff? Will I wish I was spraying something else? I dont see it mentioned in my search on this forum.

Does the PureSpray Green deal with Powdery Mildew? That is one you are likely to have to deal with. There is seldom one thing that will cover all your needs. Check with OSU or WSU ag extension to see what they recommend.

Purespray green will take care of any mite or aphid issue, it is listed as preventing Mealybug, Mites, Leafhopper*, Whiteflies*, Powdery Mildew, Botrytis.
I've used it on another crop that suffers from the same basic pathogens and insects, and it works well.
