I am making Pinot Grigio from fresh Juice With an SG that started at 1.088 My question is it is now at 1.000 for two days now am i in stuck Ferm? or is that the bottom for this wine? my other wines like my Peach,Blueberry, and Black Raspberry Merlot were all 0.996 or lower

Give it a while longer. If it still doesn't move it could be done. Some wines just finish a bit higher than others and it could be a product of the yeast used.

Thanks I did wait an extra day and it did move agian to .996.
So my question is if i started at 1.088 and it finishes at 1.00 the ABV would be 12% but if it finished at .994 12.5% and .990 would be 13%?
