Peach Won't Clear

I used the 1 tablespoon per 1/2 cup of hot water per 5 gal. ratio. I just thought maybe I would see some indication of the bentonite in the early stages after racking.It was added on the third day of ferment.I'm seeing some gradual progress and I expect it to be fine,with time.I've never added any type of clearing agent before and have never had a major problem with clarity.
I will read up on the Lallzyme C-max. Thanks for the tip.
 
I would recommend you just let it sit--don't try to hurry it. We just bottled our peach from last year. We ised the same dose of bentonite in the primary that you did and it was just so crystal clear and beautiful. It takes time for the wine to clear.
