When making muscadine wine does anyone add other sugars, such as honey, instead of sucrose table sugar?

I have not in the past with muscadine wine but I have used honey as the sugar source for a second running pinot noir that I have aging. It works pretty well. You might want to use a pretty assertive honey with muscadine though and be careful about the acid.
