I am fermenting juice that has been already corrected for PH and ect. The first day that fermenting started I stirred bucket contents but on accident the top to the bucket, when replacing it, was dipped into the fermenting juice (about 1/4 of the top). Keep in mind that it is the same bucket juice came in so that outside was not cleaned.
Understanding that you want to keep everything as clean as possible, am I ruined.
Or maybe I am just being overly concerned.
