Is one-step acceptable for sanitizing corks before bottling?
If so how long should they stay in the solution?
 
One step sanitizes with hydrogen peroxide which breaks down to water and oxygen. It should be OK for corks but for my own piece of mind I would rather sanitize with something that if it comes into contact with the wine (sulfite solution) would actually help to protect the wine if only just a small amount.
 
Agree, I make a sulfite solution and put the corks in a corkador.
