Norton

I am new to this wine making and looking for some advice. I have just completed my first VR Merlot kit. Everything went really well. I am wanting to make another one immeditaly, but having trouble deciding on a kit. I would really like to make a Norton, but I cant find a kit. Does anybody know if anybody makes a Norton kit or something close. Any help would be appreciated

Norton is actually a hybrid grape grown here in the States. Mostly in Missouri I believe. It's not a traditional vinifera like merlot or cabernet sauvingon or chardonnay, etc. I don't believe anyone makes a kit with this grape. If you want to make Norton wine, you'd have to source the grapes themselves and make the wine from "scratch."

Thanks for the info. After searching for awhile thats kinda what I found. Guess I will have to start growing my own here in Illinois.
