I was told by a NB employee there was going to be a 20% off of any total purchase over $100. However, it ended up being for the physical store only.

I'm sorry it wasn't available. I had contacted NB via email about a missed coupon code, he told me there was a code going online to look out for it. He then emailed me back to let me know it was an error and it was for the brick and mortar store only.
