I've made several batches of simple ApfelWein.
-5 gallons of Tree Top apple juice
-2 pounds of sugar
-1 packet of wine yeast (Montrachet, Champagne types used)
-ferment for 2 months then keg/carb to be served in the kegorator

What would be the next step in wine making?

I think I have about everything needed.... carboys, airlocks and such.

Money is an issue, so I need to keep it simple/cheap.

Any ideas?

Also, I have tons of 22 oz beer bottles. Can I bottle wine in them and cap like beer?
 
The big rage is skeeter pee and that would go great in beer bottles. The recipe an inventer is right on this sight, just look in recipes. Some other wines would be much better in wine bottle and under cork.
