Started making wines a few months ago. So far all have been of the fruit wine/ wine cooler types.... Raspberry Merlot, Strawberry Zin, Watermelon Merlot, Peach Chard, Cranberry Shiraz, and 1 or 2 small frozen concentrate blends,(building up some "stuff" to drink while I wait for better wines to mature).
Now I move on!
Ordered the Late Harvest Washington Reserve today, will be here by the weekend, and in the bucket by Saturday night.
Any advise on this kit? Anythings to do ... or NOT to do?
