it was about 1.020 which the mosti kit calls for 1.050 to 1.040!! so I was a bit late.. thank god I looked at the instructions today and looked online.. lol but everything is looking good so far! I think..
Im not fond of those instructions anyway as you typically have to rack to 2 carboys at that SG due to the high activity still or you will have wine coming out of the airlock.
yeah it was still very foamy when it was around 1.05.. but at 1.02 it seems to have calmed down a bit.. I read some horror stories about that so I was careful and have kept an eye on it..
