Mold in primart

Two days ago I made a gallon batch of rhubarb wine. I opened up the primary to add the yeast(waited more than 24hr to do so) and there was mold on the fruit. Can I scrap the mold off and add the yeast or should I start over?

it is not cheese. start over add so2 in the beginning, then wait the 24 hrs to toss yeast.
