Missing dates

I have a couple of kits that are due stabilization next Tuesday. Just realized I will be gone and it won't get done until Thursday. Will this be a problem to extend it by 2 days? Thanks.

Winemaking doesn't have a schedule as long as you keep the wine protected from oxidation.

As many here recommend. It's better to let the wine tell you when it's ready rather than a hard schedule. My Shiraz sat in secondary fermentation (with airlock attached) for over close to three+ weeks.

You will have to delay all your other dates by 2 days. If you have a hard time with the math, then that might be a problem.

Two days is nothing. No worries.

Two weeks? Maybe, but only if you have a lot of headspace.
