I have 3 gallons of the Charlie Smith cooking in the cellar, the directions are not very specific in regards to time after re-racking and MLF process. Anybody done this wine?
Also started a double batch of Napa River Ranch Cabernet, directions are the same. Let me tell you 10 gallons of grapes are a lot of grapes. bk
