Ok you experienced wine makers...I started this kit( My second time) Using brew belt on primary fermenter....started at 1.080....fermented to 1.010...put in secondary.....supposedly for ten days....Well my basement is cooler now due to central AC being on....its been 15 days and still getting sparse action on airlock....fermented down to 1.000...I know mezza luna kits go no lower then .998.....is it safe to wait?? I learned lesson and will not start any more kits till the fall when basement is warmer!! I have wrapped carboy in blanket but I know the lower temps are slowing me down.....THANKS!!
