Merlot ready to bottle

Ihope you all don't mind me posting this in two places to getQuicker hit. I have a batch of Merlot (VR kit) ready to bottle. I used a fast flow bottle filler and Several of the bottles foamed up at the top. I thought it would settle out but so far it has not. Will it hurt to go ahead and cork it??

A few of my Mataro/Shiraz foamed like that but I went ahead and corked them ad the next morning all the foam had dissipated
