I have a question about my Concords that I will be using for wine. I just processed my SEEDED Concords a few days ago. Now I just harvested a bunch of SEEDLESS Concords. I will process tomorrow maybe but noticed some of them have some noticeable "splotchiness" under the skin of some grapes in about five clusters. I separated them out but I am wondering if I need to worry about them. I have alot of trouble from black? rot but I thought that was not suppose to affect the grapes after they change color. They have been dark long enough that if they were diseased they should have started shriveling up. But they look mostly normal and taste fine. Perhaps they are just a little extra ripe? I would appreciate hearing from any Concord growers.
My only camera is terrible for up close shots so no pics, sorry. They would be blurry anyway.
