Lost post: RE Juice yields

I know I had posted somewhere about my steam juice yields. Just can't seem to get the right search terms to pull it up. Well I had a busy afternoon clearing out the freezer making room for blueberries. I steamed out another 16.25 quarts of blackberry juice and I still have a couple 1 gallon bags left. so I will probably get another 4 quarts maybe a little more.

Anyways so far this year the blackberries were good to us.

71.8#'s Blackberries steamed thus far
33.25 quarts of juice
2.16#'s per quart
8.64#'s per gallon of steamed juice

Next up Mulberries.........
